Production time All items are handmade and personalized. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping: All orders are shipped from Bratislava, Slovakia.
Delivery times: Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment:
- Austria, Germany: 2–3 business days
- Other European countries: 3–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
- United States: 1.5–2 weeks
- Australia: 2–2.5 weeks
- Japan: please get in touch with us for an estimated delivery time
We currently ship to Europe, the USA, Australia, and Japan. We do not ship to South America. For shipping availability to other countries, please get in touch with us at infosteelstory@gmail.com before placing your order.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated at checkout:
- Europe: €6
- United Kingdom: €6
- United States: €9
- Australia: €15
Customs & duties
- European Union: No customs duties apply.
- United States: All customs duties and import fees are covered by the seller (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
- All other countries: The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other mandatory charges imposed by their country.
